Thank you for shopping at Our Pitara. We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged at actuals based on your location and order weight. The exact shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at orionnexus.aga@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve it promptly.
